Ordinance 39

The Sanitary Board of Oro Loma Sanitary District adopted, on November 1, 2011, Ordinance No. 39-10, regulating the Discharge of Waters and Wastes into the Public Sewer System, Providing For Wastewater Discharge Permits and Fixing Permit and Monitoring Fees, and Providing for Liabilities and Penalties for the Violation of the Provisions Thereof. The Board proposes to make language changes pertaining to the District’s Pretreatment program, as established in Ordinance No. 39, and is set to adopt Ordinance No. 39-11, which incorporates said changes, on August 20, 2019.

At its July 16, 2019 meeting, the Board of Directors set a public hearing on the proposed amendments for Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 6 p.m., at the regular meeting place of the Board, 2600 Grant Avenue, San Lorenzo, CA.
