Oro Loma collection crews maintain the District’s 273 miles of sanitary sewers that connect each of our 47,000 customers to the treatment facility.
In most cases, the sewer main is located in the street. Sometimes, however, it is located on private property. Our employees will only access your property if the District has an easement on it and they need to service it. Oro Loma staff will never ask to come into your home for any reason. The crews drive District vehicles, wear uniforms bearing their names and the Oro Loma logo, and carry identification at all times. Photos of our collection personnel are available at www.oroloma.org under “Sewer Collection.”
